The Site operates as a free consultation request line connecting Albuquerque-area property owners with local xeriscape designers and installers in a small provider network. The Site itself is not a landscape contractor, does not perform xeriscape design or installation directly, and is not a party to any agreement between you and the eventual provider.
No guarantee of provider availability
Submitting a request is not a guarantee that a provider will be available, that your project will be accepted, or that any specific timeline or pricing will apply. Provider availability, designer fit, project scope, schedule, and final pricing are confirmed by the provider after on-site assessment and before any work begins.
ABCWUA rebate disclaimer
References to the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority Water Conservation Rebate are provided for general information only. Rebate amounts, eligibility, and program rules are set and administered by ABCWUA and change over time. Current amounts and eligibility should be verified at abcwua.org before relying on them for project planning. Rio Rancho properties are served by SSCAFCA and the City of Rio Rancho — different rebate programs apply.

Provider qualifications
Providers in the network are expected to hold appropriate New Mexico landscape contractor licensing and to carry commercial general liability and workers compensation insurance for the scope of work they perform. License and insurance documentation for the specific firm performing your project is available on request before any agreement is signed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. The Site, its operators, and its provider network are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, your consultation request, or any project performed by a fulfillment provider.
