For ABCWUA rebate projects, application, initial inspection, and approval must occur before any turf removal. Turf already removed is generally not eligible for the ABCWUA rebate.

Provider identity, scope, written pricing, schedule, license/insurance documentation, and rebate eligibility are confirmed before work begins. Albuquerque Xeriscape is not ABCWUA, is not a government agency, and does not approve, deny, or pay rebates. ABCWUA controls rebate eligibility, inspection, approval, amount, available funding, and payment timing — verify current rules at abcwua.org. Calls and form submissions may be logged or recorded for routing and quality. There is no service guarantee, response-time guarantee, or scheduling guarantee implied by submitting a request.

Submissions are reviewed during business hours. If a provider is available and the project fits, the matched provider follows up directly. If no provider is available or the project does not fit the current routing criteria, the request may not be routed.
