Who we are
Albuquerque Xeriscape is a free consultation request line for xeriscape design, turf removal, drip irrigation, and ABCWUA rebate-ready conversion requests in the Albuquerque metro. The site is not ABCWUA and does not control rebate decisions.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit: name, email, phone, best time to call.
- Property details you submit: address, ZIP, neighborhood, water provider, property type.
- Project details you submit: project type, turf square footage, irrigation, HOA situation, timeline, budget range, notes.
- Call routing data via CallRail, including caller phone number, call timing, duration, and call recording where applicable.
- Form submission metadata via Formspree.
- Site usage data via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, including pages viewed, referrer, device type, and aggregated session behavior.
- IP address and approximate location for security and analytics.
How we use it
- To review and route consultation requests to a matched local provider.
- To follow up about a submitted request by phone, text, or email.
- To improve site usability and routing quality.
- To detect and prevent abuse or spam.
Sharing with matched providers
When a request fits the service area and a local provider is available, your submitted contact, property, and project details may be shared with that independent local New Mexico provider so they can follow up directly. We do not sell your information to third parties for marketing.
SMS / text consent
By submitting the contact form and checking the contact-consent box, you agree to be contacted by phone, email, or text message about your xeriscape request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on the request. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, or by emailing info@albuquerquexeriscape.com. We will not sell your phone number for unrelated marketing, and your phone number is not shared with third parties or affiliates for unrelated marketing purposes.
Tracking tools
- CallRail. The phone number on this site is a CallRail tracking number. Calls may be routed and recorded for routing and quality.
- Formspree. Form submissions are processed through Formspree, which forwards them to the consultation request inbox.
- Google Analytics 4. Aggregated visitor analytics including page views, referrer, and device type. You can opt out using the GA4 opt-out browser add-on.
- Microsoft Clarity. Session analytics including heatmaps and aggregated session behavior, used for site improvements.
Retention
Form submissions and call records are retained for routing and follow-up purposes, typically up to 24 months. Aggregated analytics data follows the retention defaults of GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and CallRail. You can request deletion of your submitted information at any time by emailing info@albuquerquexeriscape.com.
Not ABCWUA
Albuquerque Xeriscape is not ABCWUA and does not decide rebate eligibility. Submitting a form does not create an application with ABCWUA. Rebate eligibility, inspection, approval, amount, and timing are controlled by ABCWUA. Verify rules at abcwua.org.
Your choices
- You can choose not to submit the contact form.
- You can opt out of GA4 tracking with the official opt-out add-on.
- You can request deletion of your submitted information by email.
- You can revoke text-message consent by replying STOP.
